Therefore, the reduction gear box oil of the toothed traction machine usually selects the worm gear oil with the viscosity of VG320 and VG460. This kind of lubricating oil can also be used for the lubrication of the escalator chain. The anti-wear and lubrication performance has been greatly improved. A strong oil film is formed on the metal surface, which adheres to the metal surface for a long time, effectively reducing the friction between the metals, so that the gear can get a good lubrication protection immediately when starting. Gear lubricating oil has excellent water resistance, oxidation resistance and strong adhesion, which can improve the sealing of the gear box (worm gear box) and reduce oil leakage.Reduce oil leakage.
For the oil used for the reduction gear box of the traction machine, the temperature of each part and bearing of the general elevator reduction gear box should be less than 60 ℃, and the oil temperature in the chassis should not exceed 85 ℃. The oil used should be selected according to different models and functions of the elevator. Lubricating oil of different brands, and attention should be paid to the amount of oil, oil temperature and oil leakage.
