1. When the elevator is suddenly stopped due to power supply interruption, elevator failure and other reasons during operation, when passengers are trapped in the car, they should ask for help through alarm bell, intercom system, mobile phone or prompt mode in the elevator car. Do not act without authorization to avoid accidents such as "cutting" and "falling into the well.
2. In order to rescue the trapped passengers, the maintenance personnel or under the guidance of professionals shall carry out the operation of turning and releasing. The turning should be carried out slowly, especially when the car is turning upward under light load, to prevent the car from slipping due to heavy emphasis. When the high-speed elevator without gear traction machine is turning, the "gradual type" should be adopted to loosen the brake step by step to prevent the elevator from losing control.
3. When the elevator is running due to mechanical and electrical faults, the staff should ask the car passengers to keep calm, stay away from the car door, call for help or shout loudly, and wait for rescue.
4. When a fire occurs, it shall immediately report to the fire department; Press the fire button of the elevator with fire function to make the fire elevator enter the fire operation state for the use of firefighters; For elevators without fire function, the elevator shall be driven straight to the first floor immediately and cut off the power supply or stop the elevator at the floor where the fire has not spread.
5. When an earthquake of large magnitude and intensity occurs, once the earthquake is felt, the elevator should be stopped immediately and the passengers should leave the elevator car quickly; after the earthquake, the elevator should be inspected and tested by professionals, and it can be resumed after normal use.
