The structure of the elevator includes: four major spaces and eight major systems.

What are the main components of the 1. elevator?
The main components of the elevator are the main engine, brake, speed limiter, steel wire rope, car, car guide rail, counterweight guide rail, buffer zone, safety gear, control cabinet, frequency converter, main board, up and down speed change, up and down limit, up and down limit, up and down limit, as you like.
The structure of the elevator includes: four major spaces and eight major systems. The four major spaces are the machine room part, the hoistway and pit part, the car part and the landing part. The eight systems are traction system, guide system, car, door system, weight balance system, electric drive system, electrical control system and safety protection system.
Name and function of 2. elevator parts
1. Frequency converter
By adjusting the frequency of the wave to achieve the purpose of adjusting the elevator speed and power saving components.
2. Brake
Electric and spring-driven components responsible for stopping the movement of the elevator.
3. Buffer
The buffer is an elevator safety device that provides the last type of safety protection. It is installed in the bottom pit of the elevator shaft, directly below the car and counterweight. When the elevator is moving up or down, due to wire rope fracture, traction friction, brake braking force is insufficient or control system failure and beyond the bottom or top of the terminal landing, the buffer will play a buffer role to prevent the elevator car or counterweight from directly hitting the bottom or top, to protect the safety of passengers and equipment.
4. Safety gear
When there is a sudden situation in the car (counterweight), the guide rail can be clamped, the car is braked at the same time, and the car is firmly clamped on the guide rail. This device is called safety gear. (safety gear has upward safety gear, downward safety gear and two-way safety gear)
5. Speed limiter
The speed limiter is a device that controls the speed of the car (counterweight). When the car reaches the limit speed, the speed limiter of the car (counterweight) starts to act and acts on the safety gear, forcing it to clamp the guide rail and brake the car. (The speed limiter is usually on the top layer, and the bottom layer is called the tensioner)
6. Introduction device
The introduction device consists of a knife switch installed in a metal housing and a penetrating capacitor filter. When the elevator is shut down for a long time, the power supply is cut off by the switch. The filter is used to prevent clutter interfering with radio reception from entering the grid, and to prevent high-frequency currents flowing along the wires from the spark contacts from entering the grid, while low-frequency (50Hz) supply voltages can pass through the filter unimpeded.
